Since 1790, we have been making mustard in the heart of Ghent in the same traditional way. We do this in our house on Groentenmarkt: a place imbued with history, where the delicious fragrance of spices wafts towards you, and where the jar you take home is part of a bigger story.
Experience our shop
Step inside our shop and time seems to slow down. You find yourself in a different world, surrounded by wooden cabinets, glass jars, and our distinctive wooden barrel filled with mustard. Everything you smell or taste can only be created here in this place, by these people, in this way.
